Upon termination, you must cease all use of our services and return or destroy any confidential information or materials provided by Darkhaven. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

You agree to indemnify and hold Darkhaven, its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels. Darkhaven retains final authority to interpret and enforce these terms.
